★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati per cambiare dei regali ricevuti con un buono da spendere ovviamente presso il loro punto vendita. La direttrice ci ha licenziato adducendo che non potevano concedere alcun buono da spendere in sostituzione dei regali poichè in ritardo di 2 giorni rispetto ai 30 giorni. Un comportamento che ci ha lasciati perplessi e delusi. In futuro escluderemo l'ipotesi di acquistare in questo negozio.
We went to change gifts received with a voucher to spend obviously at their point of sale. The manager dismissed us on the grounds that they could not grant any vouchers to replace gifts because they were 2 days late compared to 30 days. A behavior that has left us perplexed and disappointed. In the future we will exclude the possibility of buying in this store.

Ma alla cassa ti chiedono il documento di riconoscimento e in 5 anni mai hanno chiesto anzi è venuta anche mia madre a prendere le cose senza di me con la carta e mai hanno fatto le storie ! Tristezza infinita ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissime le ragazze ma di fronte ad un reso etichettato e imbustato senza scontrino su vestitini di neonato beh.. va bene le regole ma ci sono le eccezioni. Anche perché per quanto riguarda i neonati le probabilità di cambio sono elevate. Mi dispiace ma io sono contro gli sprechi e amdare a buttare un cappottino per uno regola mi da enormemente fastidio
