★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi dilungo ma poca serietà ho comprato un mobiletto ad ottobre arrivato a gennaio con le maniglie sbagliate ogni settimana chiamo per sapere quando le sostituiscono ma rispondono sempre che faranno il sollecito siamo a maggio e non ancora mi arrivano.
I will not dwell on it but I am not very serious I bought a cabinet in October arrived in January with the wrong handles every week I call to find out when they replace them but they always reply that they will do the reminder we are in May and they do not arrive yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio questa recensione a 2 anni dall'installazione di un gres porcellanato vendutomi per gres di prima qualità da 9 mm. L'installatore ha tirato un massetto per alloggiare una piastrella da 9 mm e alla prima posatura la prima sorpresa: la mattonella era da 6 mm. Ciò ha comportato una notevole spesa di colla e lavoro in più. Questo senza contare i pacchi di piastrelle che giornalmente dovevo riportare indietro perché rotte o imbarcate. Perché sto facendo questa recensione dopo due anni? Ve lo spiego subito: ieri è cascata una bottiglia di birra (di piatto, da un'altezza di appena 57 cm) da un ripiano basso della credenza e si è scheggiato il pavimento e, udite udite, la bottiglia di birra è rimasta intatta!!!!! Per fortuna è una mattonella del ripostiglio e mi fermo qui perché sono particolarmente arrabbiato. In ogni caso materiale di scarsissima qualità.
I do this review 2 years after the installation of a porcelain stoneware sold to me for top quality 9 mm stoneware. The installer pulled a screed to house a 9 mm tile and the first surprise at the first installation: the tile was 6 mm. This resulted in a significant expense of glue and extra work. This without counting the packs of tiles that I had to bring back every day because they were broken or embarked. Why am I doing this review after two years? I'll explain it straight away: yesterday a bottle of beer (flat, from a height of just 57 cm) fell from a low shelf of the cupboard and the floor chipped and, listen, listen, the beer bottle remained intact! !!!! Luckily it is a tile in the closet and I stop here because I'm particularly angry. In any case, very poor quality material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza comprato un lavandino arrivato dopo tanti mesi e anche sbagliato per un errore loro ho chiesto di poterlo cambiare mi hanno detto di sì e ogni settimana chiamavo per chiedere.. Ora dopo 7mesi mi hanno detto che non lo possono più cambiare. Poca poca serietà consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi altrove.
Bad experience bought a sink arrived after many months and also wrong for a mistake they asked to be able to change it they said yes and every week I called to ask .. Now after 7 months they told me that they can no longer change it. A little bit of seriousness I recommend everyone to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A giugno ( quindi quasi 4 mesi fa) ho ordinato da loro un copriwater, e dopo qualche giorno è arrivato. Ma al montaggio risulta che le misure erano sbagliate.. Li chiamo, dicono che non ci sono problemi e uno dei titolari sig. Nicola lo ordina nuovamente (ovviamente era stato tutto pagato e non poco). Questo copriwater non si sa che fine abbia fatto, il sig. Nicola non mi ha saputo dare spiegazioni, dopo 4 mesi a furia di scuse ed illusioni che il coperchio era in arrivo, chiedo al sig. Nicola di restituirmi i soldi e dopo mille peripezie ed innumerevoli volte in cui sono dovuto passare ottengo il denaro. Oltre al disagio, il comportamento delle persone non è commentabile. Sconsigliato in maniera categorica
