Partendo dal fatto che non è un problema del cliente dada c ti rifornisci, magari un " no mi spiace ma se vuoi abbiamo questo altro prodotto molto buono".....magari mi avrebbe convinto a comprare. Non contenta comunque la commessa o titolare ( peggio se lo fosse) mi ha dato anche una lezione tra il maleducato e lo scocciato su olio di aloe e gel......cambiare lavoro no? L'esperienza in negozio varia completamente a seconda della presenza dietro al banco: se c'è la dottoressa mora coi capelli ricci avrete a disposizione una persona preparatissima, molto gentile e disponibile! L'ho vista prodigarsi e soddisfare ogni tipo di cliente, anche straniero o con le idee poco chiare. Brava nell'ascoltare il tipo di problema e suggerire un'ottima soluzione; non venne prodotti e basta ma realizza anche tisane personalizzate da ingredienti sfusi.
