β β β β β Mi spiace di dover dare un giudizio negativo, anche perchΓ© la persona che mi ha risposto al telefono si Γ¨ comportata in modo sostanzialmente corretto. In dettaglio, ho voluto chiamare la Prefettura per chiedere un chiarimento sulle possibilitΓ di spostamento in zona rossa per motivi di necessitΓ , non espressamente elencati tra quelli noti. Mi Γ¨ stato risposto che la Prefettura non fornisce chiarimenti di questo genere e sono stato rimandato alle FAQ del Governo. Infatti le FAQ contemplano il fatto che possano esserci dubbi sulla interpretazione dello stato di necessitΓ e la decisione finale, in caso di contestazione da parte delle Forze dell' Ordine, viene rimessa all' AutoritΓ competente che di norma Γ¨ il Prefetto della localitΓ in cui viene commessa la presunta violazione, al quale posso esporre con scritti e documenti difensivi le mie eventuali ragioni. Se ne deduce che PRIMA devo compiere una violazione e POI devo, in qualche modo, cercare di far valere le mie ragioni sperando che qualcuno le accolga. Posso dire che questo sistema non funziona ???
I'm sorry to have to give a negative opinion, also because the person who answered the phone behaved in a substantially correct way. In detail, I wanted to call the Prefecture to ask for clarification on the possibility of moving to the red zone for reasons of necessity, not expressly listed among those known. I was told that the Prefecture does not provide any clarification of this kind and I was referred to the Government FAQ. In fact, the FAQ contemplates the fact that there may be doubts about the interpretation of the state of necessity and the final decision, in the event of a dispute by the Police, is left to the competent Authority which is usually the Prefect of the locality in which it is committed the alleged violation, to which I can expose my possible reasons with defensive writings and documents. It follows that FIRST I must commit a violation and THEN I must, in some way, try to assert my reasons hoping that someone will accept them. Can I say that this system doesn't work ???

Fermato dai Carabinieri (NOR servizio radiomobile di Padova) in data 8 / 2/2021 con immediato sequestro del l'autovettura "senza alcuna ragione". Il mezzo non Γ¨ mai stato restituito nonostante l'annullamento del verbale con sentenza del giudice di Pace (6/5/2021). Segnalato e chiesto aiuto ai competenti uffici della Prefettura di Padova. Risultato "zero ". Un vergognoso sopruso ai danni di un invalido civile.

Stopped by the Carabinieri (NOR radio mobile service of Padua) on 8/2/2021 with immediate seizure of the car "without any reason". The vehicle was never returned despite the cancellation of the report with a sentence of the justice of the peace (6/5/2021). Reported and asked for help from the competent offices of the Prefecture of Padua. Result "zero". A shameful abuse of power against an invalid civilian.
