Ho prenotato un mese fa ed è arrivato il numero del ticket via messaggio ,arrivata non ho dovuto aspettare molto e mi hanno chiamata .Pratico e veloce . Today I went to renew my identity card I was at counter 14 and the lady who followed me was very kind. Il primo problema è che dal momento della prenotazione per il rinnovo della carta d'identità ho dovuto aspettare due mesi. Il secondo problema è che la sala d'attesa in cortile può funzionare bene in periodi caldi; aspettare all'esterno con il freddo sarà molto critico, soprattutto per gli anziani. Forse sarebbe il caso di mettere un display esterno dove la gente aspetta il proprio turno e non solo la chiamata vocale. Per il resto organizzato bene I accompanied my son to redo his identity card. Se lo scaricavo dallo spid allora potevo utilizzarlo anche x incartare il pesce a costo zero. C è una definizione per tutto questo I ask for a certificate of residence. Gentilissime, pronte ad aiutare, rapide...queste persone sono la negazione di tutti gli stereotipi legati alle amministrazioni comunali. Nel giro di venti minuti scarsi mi hanno risolto un problema di vitale importanza, quindi non posso che dare un commento piú che positivo!
