Assolutamente disponibili, considerato che sono andata il mercoledì per il venerdì, e sabato mi sposavo!!, ed ho portato i miei fogli per la copertina che volevo di una carta particolare. Mi hanno anche consigliato una rilegatura squadrata molto elegante. Professionali e cortesi! I printed my wedding booklets here 5 years ago now. A Pratocopy sono stati talmente gentili da mantenersi in contatto con me su WhatsApp perfino di domenica sera per concordare il ritiro la mattina seguente!! Non sono purtroppo riuscito a far stampare la tesi in cartoncino dati i tempi strettissimi, ma resta colpa mia perché la copisteria mi aveva dato come tempo limite di invio dell'elaborato la domenica sera (io l'ho inviato lunedì mattina). In conclusione: molto gentili, disponibili e professionali. Ripeto l' "assolutamente consigliato". Absolutely recommended. Basta caricare i file sul loro sito, specificare le varie opzioni (stampare fronte retro/tutte le pagine/ecc.; bianco e nero/a colori; vari tipi di rilegatura) e, dopo il pagamento, vi arriverà una email con l'ordine effettuato. Appena pronto, basta recarsi da Pratocopy e ritirare l'ordine senza fare la fila! In un'ora mi hanno preparato 2 rilegature con spirale (in totale 200 pagine). Farò sempre così d'ora in poi perché è molto comodo, ma volendo è possibile anche farsi spedire il materiale a casa (non so quanto costa la spedizione). Inoltre, la carta è di alta qualità e resistente, come la rilegatura e la copertina: totale 18 euro. Le ragazze poi sono gentilissime e la copisteria è davvero molto fornita. Top online service!
