I printed several photos and the final price was very low. They even accepted photos I had sent them via a link to a cloud.

Chiamo per una consegna su Milano che ha un ritardo di una settimana per mancata consegna cercando insieme a loro di trovare una soluzione e per tutta risposta una signora con tono seccato e altezzoso alza il tono per far cadere la colpa sul fatto che la cosa non dipende da loro e che non sono tenuti a impegnarsi per notificate una consegna. Il servizio mi lascia completamente in balia di me stesso per cui definirei l'atteggiamento del tutto fuori luogo e per niente professionale.
HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER CARE
I call for a delivery to Milan that has a delay of a week due to non-delivery, trying to find a solution together with them and in response a lady with an annoyed and haughty tone raises her tone to drop the blame on the fact that it does not depend from them and who are not obliged to undertake to notify a delivery. The service leaves me completely at the mercy of myself so I would define the attitude completely out of place and not at all professional.
