Devo dire che essendo salentino questi sughi non hanno niente a che fare con il nostro standard qualitativo. La cosa negativa è che nella maggior parte dei sughi assaggiati ho trovato in 2 barattoli delle pietrine e in un barattolo dei bastoncini di legno. Ho provveduto a contattare l azienda e loro si giustificavano dando la colpa alla pasta, ma non credo proprio perché uso sempre la stessa pasta (alta qualità) e stranamente solo con questi sughi ho riscontrato questi problemi.. Purtroppo ho avuto questa esperienza negativa.. le mie aspettative erano ben superiori visto che si trattava di sughi pugliesi.. I'm here to release a negative review unfortunately .. I purchased several sauces from this company. I must say that being from Salento these sauces have nothing to do with our quality standard. The bad thing is that in most of the sauces I tasted I found in 2 jars some rhinestones and in a jar some wooden sticks. I proceeded to contact the company and they justified themselves by blaming the pasta, but I don't think so because I always use the same pasta (high quality) and strangely only with these sauces I encountered these problems .. Unfortunately I had this negative experience .. my expectations were far higher as it was Apulian sauces ..
S	SALVATORE ZAGAME on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotto scadente (guanciale e funghi) guanciale completamente assente funghi non si capisce cosa sono e nessun porcino presente se no si sarebbe sentito il profumo inconfodibile, praticamente e' come se mangiassi un piatto di pasta in bianco, nessun sapore,bocciato!!! Poor product (bacon and mushrooms) completely absent bacon mushrooms you do not understand what they are and no porcini present otherwise you would have felt the unmistakable aroma, practically it is as if you were eating a plate of pasta in white, no flavor, rejected !!!

Prezzi in fascia medio-alta ma a mio avviso son prodotti di qualità. Cortesi e gentili nei contatti avuti. I have been buying these products for some time, I love soups and pests, my favorite is the co-fried. Prices in the medium-high range but in my opinion they are quality products. Courteous and kind in the contacts.

Questo evidenzia l’attenzione alla qualità rispetto alla quantità ed al solo profitto. I prodotti pralina sono davvero tanti come zuppe, condifrisa, sughi, marmellate e prodotti tipici pugliesi, tutti ottimi ed assolutamente da provare!
