★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi non è in grado di stare al pubblico, dovrebbe fare un altro tipo di lavoro.. Brutta esperienza questa mattina, a buon intenditor poche parole. E comunque ho avvisato sia i vigili che il sito di Poste Italiane. Maleducata!
Who is not able to be in the public, should do another type of work .. Bad experience this morning, good connoisseur few words. And in any case I have informed both the brigade and the Poste Italiane website. Rude!

Disorganizzazione unica, e non parliamo della scortesia totale.
Già che per un'operazione semplice come prelevare dalla carta postepay devi chiamare al telefono per prenotare.
Poi chiami e... non risponde nessuno. Per un'ora ho chiamato ogni 5 minuti, talvolta trovando il telefono occupato quindi al telefono ci sono, e non rispondono MAI.
Andate altrove, tipo a Lavaiano dove sono molto più gentili e competenti e soprattutto organizzati.

Unique disorganization, and let's not talk about total rudeness.
Already for a simple operation like withdrawing from the postepay card you have to call the phone to book.
Then you call and ... nobody answers. For an hour I called every 5 minutes, sometimes finding the phone busy so they are on the phone, and they NEVER answer.
Go elsewhere, like in Lavaiano where they are much more kind and competent and above all organized.
