Dopo 45 minuti di fila per incassare un buono postale, mi hanno detto che il buono doveva essere sbloccato a Chieti (cosa sbloccare significasse esattamente non erano capaci di spiegarmelo) e che quindi dovevo ritornare ad una data imprecisata e rifare un'altra volta la fila senza certezza. Pessimo. Slow and totally ineffective service. After 45 minutes in a row to cash in a postal voucher, they told me that the voucher had to be unlocked in Chieti (what unblocking meant exactly they were not able to explain it to me) and that therefore I had to go back to an unspecified date and redo the queue again without certainty. Del personale presente, due operatori mi suggeriscono cose differenti: il primo di fare l'operazione allo sportello, il secondo di riprogrammare l'appuntamento sennò, cito, "stai qua fino a duman matìn". Farò l'operazione in un'altra sede; tempo perso. Metto una stella perché non è possibile metterne zero. I book an appointment with the consultant who should have received me (the director) is not there.
