In nur (!) 3 Stunden und 45 Minuten habe ich mit Hilfe der bewanderten Postangestellten ein Konto eröffnet und eine SIM-Karte aktiviert. Ein Prof. Carrel schafft in der gleichen Zeit nur eine (1!) Herztransplantation, nichts im Vergleich zu zwei (2!) Servicedienstleistungen, welche ich im selben Zeitraum erhalten habe! Doch war dieser Aufenthalt nicht nur produktiv, sondern auch edukativ! So wurden wir mehrmals dazu aufgefordert Italienisch zu sprechen, da wir uns in einem staatlichen Büro der Italienischen Republik befinden würden. Gut zu wissen, da werde ich vor dem nächsten China-Urlaub wohl auch mein Mandarin etwas auffrischen müssen, sollte ich bei der chinesischen Post vorbeischauen… Alles in allem habe ich einen tollen Vormittag verbracht, den ich keinesfalls besser hätte investieren können! An incredible service experience! In terms of competence and efficiency, some post offices can take a big step here. In just (!) 3 hours and 45 minutes I opened an account and activated a SIM card with the help of the skilled postal workers. A Prof. Carrel only manages one (1!) Heart transplant at the same time, nothing compared to two (2!) Services that I received in the same period! But this stay was not only productive, but also educational! We were asked several times to speak Italian because we were in a government office in the Italian Republic. Good to know, I will probably have to brush up my Mandarin a little before my next trip to China, if I should stop by the Chinese post office ... All in all, I spent a great morning that I couldn't have invested better!
