★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, e indisponente. Tutto il paese si lamenta di quest ufficio postale, tant'è che preferiscono andare in uffici postali in paesi limitrofi.
Unfriendly, and unhelpful staff. The whole country complains about this post office, so much so that they prefer to go to post offices in neighboring countries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre alla scortesia, mi sono trovato più volte ad assistere a fatti che fanno entrare amici senza aver preso il biglietto di fila e senza prenotazione.
Altre cose che mi riguardano personalmente sono che il personale e/o il direttore rispondono in modo difforme dalle risposte che ho ricevuto prima dal call center delle poste italiane riguardo i servizi finanziari delle carte. Per onor del vero, devo dire che facendo più chiamate al call center ricevo risposte in contrasto già al telefono!
In addition to rudeness, I have repeatedly found myself witnessing facts that let friends in without having taken the ticket in a row and without a reservation.
Other things that concern me personally are that the staff and / or the manager respond differently from the answers I received earlier from the Italian post office call center regarding card financial services. To be fair, I must say that by making more calls to the call center I receive conflicting answers already on the phone!
