 On the site it says "Open" but it is actually closed .... to say the least, bad services, long waits and always poorly informed

Il mio numero è stato chiamato e non ho sentito subito, quindi è passato l altro cliente.
Ho subito detto alla signora dello sportello numero 2 cosa era successo e lei mi ha detto che dovevo riprendere il numero.
Ho insistito... Le ho detto che i due numeri erano stati chiamati praticamente l uno dietro l altro e che dovevo inviare semplicemente una lettera, ma lei mi ha detto di riprendere il numero.
Un po' di elasticità credo sia di dovere.
I was standing inside the structure with my number already taken for half an hour and I answered the phone for a moment.
My number was called and I didn't hear it right away, so the other customer came by.
I immediately told the lady at counter number 2 what had happened and she told me I had to get the number back.
I insisted ... I told her that the two numbers had been called practically one after the other and that I just had to send a letter, but she told me to take the number back.
I think a bit of flexibility is a must.
