Pensa al giorno in cui l'intero processo postale sarà automatizzato e disponibile anche la sera, o alla speranza che Amazon si svegli una mattina e decida di acquisire Poste Italiane. Sono stato prima trattato male dall'omino incravattato insignificante che sta all'ingresso per avergli fatto due domande e poi la signorina allo sportello ha dato prova di non saper lavorare. Purtroppo meno di una stella non si può dare... Servizio penoso comunque Totally incompetent and rude staff. Dall'ufficio si può fare qualsiasi operazione. All'esterno si può utilizzare il postamat. Being the central post and the only office open all day until 7pm, queues are to be expected outside, since the entrance is contingent. Any operation can be done from the office. Outside you can use the postamat.

Vergognatevi quando guardate lo stipendio a fine mese. As an Italian citizen, I am ashamed of the service rendered by this institution. 4 out of 13 branches open, and the slowness of the operators that even a sloth could be faster. Devo segnalare tuttavia che nella sede centrale di Ferrara, il personale addetto allo sportello è decisamente insufficiente rispetto al flusso di utenza. Great respect for those who work at the post office for user services. Grande ed imponente, il palazzo delle poste di Ferrara in via Cavour è tutto in marmo bianco con l'entrata caratterizzata da tre ordini di colonne in arte classica degli anni venti. I would like to clarify that my review is only for the beautiful monumental building that houses this institution.
