★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono preparati sanno poco del loro mestiere, esempio una semplice delega autocertificata mi hanno richiesto di passare prima dal notaio, un pacco da inviare all estero non sanno esattamente il prezzo di invio, ogni domanda difficile una telefonata dopo anni di lavoro.
They are not trained, they know little about their job, for example a simple self-certified proxy they asked me to go to the notary first, a package to be sent abroad they don't know exactly the price of sending, every difficult question a phone call after years of work.

Arrivo davanti alla posta e trovo chiuso con gli orari moficati per emergenza Covid19.
Gli orari sul sito dovrebbero essere sempre aggiornati per evitare di far perdere tempo alle persone !!!
Today I had to go to the post office, I checked the timetables on the site to avoid an empty journey, closing at 19, perfect.
I arrive in front of the post office and find myself closed with the times set for Covid19 emergency.
The timetables on the site should always be updated to avoid making people waste time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari sul web non aggiornati, effettuano spedizioni ma non hanno i pacchi personali, periodi di attesa veramente lunghi per risolvere dei problemi tecnici. L'unica cosa buona è il servizio postale che è efficiente, ma per il resto c'è ancora da migliorare. Il consiglio che vi do è di armarvi di TANTA PAZIENZA.
Timetables on the web are not updated, they ship but do not have personal packages, really long waiting periods to solve technical problems. The only good thing is the postal service which is efficient, but otherwise there is still room for improvement. The advice I give you is to arm yourself with SO MUCH PATIENCE.

Long times and useless waits.
