Alle 8 di mattina, 40 minuti di attesa (3 numeri davanti a me) per spedire un pacchetto (tempo di operazione 15 secondi). In tutto ciò mi sono goduto un ritiro della pensione durato un tempo indefinito (più di 40 minuti sicuro), ordinazioni al bar in tutta calma, tanto gli "operatori" mica stanno lì per lavorare... Scene da scuola materna, dove quelli dietro allo sportello che DOVREBBERO essere preparati ad offrire un servizio, si suggerivano a vicenda sul da farsi durante le operazioni, e non parlo di manovre finanziarie di chissà quale calibro, ma di cose del tipo "come dare un'imballaggio da spedizione (una scatola) a una cliente, come vedere i movimenti sulle carte dei clienti...insomma cose non proprio fantascientifiche. ASSURDO. Vabbè poi ovviamente la mascherina per gli" operatori" in questa posta è un optional, ma non credo serva nemmeno dirlo perché dopo tutto ciò a cui ho assistito, il fattore mascherina mi sembra quasi ininfluente. Spero a questo punto che il covid faccia il suo dovere lì dentro. ONE OF THE WORST OFFICES IN ITALY, IF NOT THE WORST. Nei giorni in cui il paese cerca di ripartire e tutti hanno addietrati da sbrigare. Il cda di Poste doverebbe ricordare che non fanno più solo la posta, ma sono anche banca, assicurazione, società telefonica, ufficio amministrazione pubblica, società di gestione del risparmio, etc. Il personale andrebbe dosato di consegueza. Poi miracolosamente il sistema Poste Italiane ha risolto il problema di una raccomandata per l'estero rimasta in carico all' Ufficio Postale in questione per tre giorni. Ora sono proprio stufa..... non ci si comporta così!!!! La volta precedente l'ho rincorsa e ho chiesto spiegazioni…. lei io ho citofonato ma non avete risposto... M	MICHELE MARTINO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero entrato solo per chiedere informazioni in merito a delle pratiche da sbrigare in questa agenzia, credendo di risolvere il problema, magari in più giorni, (sono un cliente Poste Italiane di altra agenzia), ma ho incontrato un Consulente che si è messo a mia disposizione, per qualsiasi chiarimento, mi ha ascoltato ed ha risolto la mia pratica in maniera eccellente e professionale. Sempre così. Ce ne fossero di queste persone, la quale ringrazio nuovamente. I only went in to ask for information about the paperwork to be handled in this agency, believing that I would solve the problem, perhaps in several days, (I am a Poste Italiane customer of another agency), but I met a Consultant who contacted me available, for any clarification, he listened to me and solved my practice in an excellent and professional way.
