★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rifiutano, dopo la consueta fila, di accettare la richiesta di SPID, dichiarando che può essere effettuata esclusivamente online. Circostanza poi smentita dal loro sito. Infatti è bastato cambiare ufficio postale per richiedere lo SPID senza problemi. VERGOGNOSI
They refuse, after the usual queue, to accept the SPID request, declaring that it can be done exclusively online. This circumstance was later denied by their site. In fact, it was enough to change post office to request the SPID without problems. SHAME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, they have a ticketing system but the problem is how slow everyone works here. Only half the counters were open although each was occupied by a worker. I waited over 40 minutes to send post cards home. Won’t try again.
