N	Nicole Vecchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito a Marmirolo, ho ordinato un pacco da amazon ed è assolutamente snervante quanto il servizio di spedizione con poste sia inaffidabile, sebbene uno paghi prime per avere una consegna veloce! Veramente allucinante. Ieri il mio pacco è passato da "smarrito",a "danneggiato", per poi passare a "rifiutato dal destinatario e rinviato al mittente", oggi era di nuovo in consegna per poi cambiare in "mancata consegna" in tutto questo io sono stata a casa due giorni e nessuno ha mai suonato al campanello di casa! I live in Marmirolo, I ordered a package from amazon and it is completely unnerving as the shipping service with postal mail is unreliable, although one pays for a quick delivery! Truly hallucinating. Yesterday my package went from "lost" to "damaged", and then moved to "rejected by the recipient and returned to the sender", today it was back on delivery and then changed to "non-delivery" in all this I was at home two days and no one has ever rang the bell at home!
M	Marcella Moscheo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segnalato piu' volte ai postini di turno che consegnano in orari "decenti" (visto che non si riesce a contattare telefonicamente nessuno) che essendo un'azienda e' inutile che da un mese e mezzo continuano a passare per le consegne dopo le 18 con conseguente "tentativo fallito"...puntualmente i pacchi vanno in fermo deposito nei vari uffici postali e bisogna andarli a ritirare! Vergognoso! G	Grazia Caretta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo, ho atteso x 2 volte senza uscire di casa e hanno messo l'avviso x assenza del destinatario, senza suonare il campanello! Ed ora lo rispediranno al mittente. È davvero un peccato che certi individui abbiano la fortuna di avere un lavoro! Yuck, I waited x 2 times without leaving the house and they put the notice x absence of the recipient, without ringing the bell! And now they will send it back to the sender. It is really a shame that certain individuals are lucky enough to have a job!

Vivo all eremo e il postino ultimamente non consegna bene la posta ma la ammassa sopra al muretto...e porta anche la posta di altre persone che neanche abitano li. Devo prendermi la briga io di recapitare la posta. Vergognoso. Vorrei avere la possibilita di poter parlare con il direttore Bad delivery. I live at the hermitage and lately the postman doesn't deliver the mail well but piles it on top of the wall ... and also brings the mail of other people who don't even live there. I have to take it upon myself to deliver the mail. Shameful. I would like to have a chance to speak to the manager

I pacchi hanno lasciato proprio fuori senza qualche avviso..... E dopo certo se qualcuno ruba. A shame unfortunately ..... They leave the packages where they want, here in our area every time a new postman. Packages left right outside without any notice ..... And after of sure if someone steals.

Dicono che il pacco mi è stato consegnato nel giorno in cui ero a casa in malattia( già pagato e non poco) e pensate un po? Non mi è arrivato nulla. Smarrito o rubato. Tutta la mattina che chiamo nessuno mi risponde. Bello il modo in cui lavorate. If they could give 0 stars I would have done it. They say that the package was delivered to me on the day I was sick at home (already paid and not cheap) and think about it? Nothing came to me. Lost or stolen. All morning that I call no one answers me. Nice the way you work.

Oggi mi sono arrivate (per terra ovviamente) delle buste tra l'altro non del mio domicilio insieme alla mia posta. Passate direttamente al buttare tutto nel bidone della carta che fate prima e risparmiate di pagare della gente per non lavorare. Portalettere che non consegnano i pacchi ,firmano al posto del destinatario facendolo risultare consegnato ma non si sa che fine fanno. Aspettavo un pacco raccomandata internazionale di valore ma non l’ho ricevuto. La beffa maggiore è che Poste Italiane non tutela i clienti, non sanno come fare. Roba da terzo mondo, da denuncia! Very poor if not non-existent public service. Postmen who do not deliver the parcels, sign in place of the recipient making it appear delivered but no one knows what happens to them. I was expecting a valuable international registered parcel but I did not receive it. The biggest joke is that Poste Italiane does not protect customers, they don't know how to do it. Third world stuff, to be reported!
