R	RESISTANCE productions on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato trattato con disrispetto e maleducazione dopo aver atteso 40 minuti sotto al sole e dopo che mi ero già presentato un'altra volta per cercare di ritirare un pacco. Dopo aver telefonato mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato obbligatorio presentarmi di persona perché avrebbero dovuto scannerizzare il codice dell'avviso della mancata consegna. Io dico, ma è possibile che quel codice non disponga anche di caratteri ma solo di barre? Molta gente è costretta a percorrere dei chilometri inutilmente quando avrebbero potuto perfettamente dare una mano senza doversi recare alle poste. Ogni volta che rispondono al cellulare sono maleducati e nervosi. Com'è possibile che gente come questa continui a lavorare in un posto dal quale dipendono tutti i cittadini mantovani? I was treated with disrespect and rudeness after waiting 40 minutes in the sun and after I had already presented myself another time to try to collect a package. Many people are forced to travel miles unnecessarily when they could have perfectly helped without going to the post office. Every time they answer the cell phone they are rude and nervous. How is it possible that people like this continue to work in a place on which all Mantuan citizens depend?

Per il resto è possibile che la sede principale delle poste in pieno centro abbia un solo sportello postamat, tra l'altro spesso fuori servizio?
