Ultimato richiesta SPID senza problemi.
Troppo insistenti per cambio operatore telefonico.
In questo periodo orari troppo ridotti, però bisogna capire anche il tempo che loro restano esposri a varie persone non forse sicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo ufficio postale a distanza di un paio d'anni dall'ultima volta, per un problema con una password per accedere all'App BancoPosta. Non essendo riuscita a parlare al call center delle poste con nessuna voce umana ma soltanto con un robot, sono stata piacevolmente stupita di essere stata assistita, senza aver preso appuntamento, da un operatore di questo ufficio postale con gentilezza e professionalità. Il Sig. Alberto Volpe ha risolto in pochi minuti, il mio problema.
I went to this post office a couple of years after the last time, due to a problem with a password to access the BancoPosta App. Not having been able to speak to the post office call center with any human voice but only with a robot, I was pleasantly surprised to have been assisted, without having made an appointment, by an operator of this post office with kindness and professionalism. Mr. Alberto Volpe solved my problem in a few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inutile chiamare in posta per qualsiasi problema, non rispondono perché il telefono si trova dietro agli uffici, dove ovviamente non c’è nessuno. Una presa in giro.
It is useless to call the post office for any problem, they do not answer because the phone is behind the offices, where obviously there is no one. A mockery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dare una stella è ancora troppo, quelle poche volte che sono andato in posta,ho trovato maleducazione, mancanza di professionalità,code interminabili , personale che nonostante ci sia tanta gente, ha una lentezza imbarazzante. Nonostante sia vicina a casa mia, preferisco andare in altre poste piuttosto che farmi rovinare la giornata dal nervoso.
Giving a star is still too much, those few times that I went to the post office, I found rudeness, lack of professionalism, endless queues, staff that despite there are so many people, has an embarrassing slowness. Although it is close to my house, I prefer to go to other places rather than let my day be ruined by the nervous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è sempre un po' di fila, ma utenti e personale sono disciplinati. Ho trovato una buona disponibilità da parte degli impiegati. Per saltare la fila prenoto un appuntamento in anticipo e non aspetto mai troppo tempo.
There is always a bit of a queue, but users and staff are disciplined. I have found a good availability on the part of the employees. To skip the line, I book an appointment in advance and never wait too long.

Really pitiful the attitude of the employees, rude, unpleasant and really annoying. One lady in particular is very conceited and ignorant. His luck was my education.

Per le bollette, per fortuna, ho la domiciliazione con la banca, ma il MAV per pagare la rata del mutuo (che ho presso altra banca senza C/C) arriva con una media di 10 giorni in ritardo dalla data ultima. Questo mese non si è ancora visto nulla; non sarà mica colpa del covid vero? Perché la pubblicità arriva sempre. Il volantinaggio privato è meglio dell’ente pubblico che paghiamo tutti noi cittadini?
