È una vergogna tenere dipendenti che pensano solo a fare chiacchiere con le persone che conoscono, fregandosene di chi deve correre e lavorare. Alla società di Poste Italiane toglierei qualsiasi servizio esclusivo. Very rude and unprofessional staff. It's a shame to keep employees who only think about making small talk with people they know, not caring about who should run and work. I would remove any exclusive service from the Poste Italiane company.

Trattandosi di un ufficio pubblico dovrebbe essere al servizio del cittadino e risolvere i problemi, non mettere i bastoni tra le ruote. Troppe esperienze negative, addirittura quando vuoi i TUOI soldi, per chiudere finalmente con loro, ti fanno sentire come uno che ha delle pretese assurde. Viva le Banche! Cinque sportelli con personale; il primo chiuso per sbrigare pratiche e parlare al cellulare. Degli altri quattro solo due servivano i clienti con molta PACATEZZA! Gli altri due addetti sembravano ipnotizzati dagli schermi dei computer. Non ho parole! Lentezza da bradipo e senza alcuna voglia di far bene il lavoro per cui vengono pagati. After 2 months I returned to the post office to collect a registered letter. Five staffed branches; the first closed for handling paperwork and talking on a cell phone. Of the other four, only two served customers very quietly! The other two attendants seemed mesmerized by the computer screens. I have no words! Slow sloth and with no desire to do the job well for which they are paid.

C'e' bisogno di personale giovane per coprire un posto da impiegato, ma chissa' che mafia ci deve essere dietro a molti sportelli, per fortuna e Ringraziando Dio non tutti sono cosi!!! Slow and rude, they warm up the place sometimes chatting among themselves. Old and ugly. We need young staff to fill a job as a clerk, but who knows what mafia there must be behind many branches, luckily and thank God not all are like that !!!
R	Roberto Polverari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa al massimo ,mi sono recato presso l'ufficio postale per pagare due multe , il giorno successivo alla notifica e L'operatore, di sua iniziativa e senza chiedere niente , ha eseguito il pagamento che non prevedeva la riduzione dell'importo del 30%, come previsto quando si effettua il pagamento entro 5 giorni dalla notifica. Questa assoluta mancanza di professionalità mi ha comportato una perdita ulteriore di tempo la trasmissione di una Mail Pec , e confidare nella buona sorte che questi soldi mi vengano restituiti, tutto questo nella assoluta indifferenza del direttore dell'ufficio postale, il quale è stato solamente capace di dire che non poteva farci niente.
