The postman doesn't even try to intercom, on the notice no number to contact, no office address to go to pick up in person, no one ever answers the phone, we hope that Amazon will take steps not to work with the Italian post office anymore .. .

La consegna dei pacchi è puntuale come un orologio e la cortesia insuperabile essendo passato da me anche 3 volte per consegnarmi il pacco visto che non ero in casa al momento. Cambiano un postino al giorno, la posta non viene recapitata in quanto credo che non siano nemmeno in grado di inserire la corrispondenza nelle cassette, forse comporta troppa fatica Se c'è da firmare neanche suonano al citofono mettono direttamente l'avviso. Trovo meschino e pietoso questo comportamento e si dovrebbero solo che vergognare in quanto causano solo disagi agli utenti finali senza offrire nessun servizio ma solo problemi. Grazie poste. They change a postman a day, the mail is not delivered as I believe they are not even able to insert the correspondence in the boxes, perhaps it involves too much effort If you need to sign, they don't even ring the intercom and put the notice directly. I find this behavior petty and pitiful and should only be ashamed as it only causes inconvenience to end users without offering any services but only problems. Thanks posed.
