Poste è inutile, inutili sono i suoi addetti, passacarte pronti a far cadere la penna 5 minuti prima che l’orario di lavoro finisca, inutili impiegati che spendono le poche ore passate sul luogo di lavoro guardandosi bene dalla fatica. Non vi annoio con la recensione sono in fila dà giovedì e oggi è solo lunedì. .
 Needless. Poste is useless, its employees are useless, paper bills ready to drop the pen 5 minutes before the working time ends, useless employees who spend the few hours spent at work, taking care of the effort. I won't be bored with the review I'm in line since Thursday and today is only Monday. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo storico molto bello sembra di essere non in un ufficio postale ma in un locale d'altri tempi da visitare e da considerare come un monumento.
Very beautiful historic building it seems to be not in a post office but in a place of other times to visit and to be considered as a monument.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non voglio parlare del servizio postale ma dello stupendo esempio di stile Liberty applicato ad un ufficio pubblico (quando ancora gli uffici pubblici oltre che funzionali dovevano anche essere "belli"). Entrate e soffermatevi sui particolari: soffitto vetrato (risparmio energetico ante litteram), decori stilizzati che rappresentano il telegrafo, sportelli con balaustre in marmo rosa e grate di ferro battuto etc. Credo che sia l'Ufficio Postale italiano più bello.
I don't want to talk about the postal service but about the wonderful example of Art Nouveau style applied to a public office (when public offices, besides being functional, also had to be "beautiful"). Enter and dwell on the details: glass ceiling (energy saving ante litteram), stylized decorations representing the telegraph, doors with pink marble balustrades and wrought iron grates etc. I think it is the most beautiful Italian Post Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio postale più bello di Parma dal punto di vista architettonico. Lo utilizzo spesso per spedizioni in Italia e all'estero; il personale è preparato e gentile. Controllando prima con Google i momenti di maggiore affollamento o prenotando on line si evitano lunghe code.
The most beautiful post office in Parma from an architectural point of view. I often use it for shipments in Italy and abroad; the staff is knowledgeable and kind. By checking the busiest times with Google first or by booking online, you avoid long queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È collocato in centro storico all'interno di una ZTL e quindi non facilmente raggiungibile con automezzi. A circa 300 metri c'è un parcheggio sotterraneo. Vicino ci sono le fermate di alcune linee di mezzi pubblici. L'ufficio fornisce diversi sportelli attivi contemporaneamente.
It is located in the historic center within a ZTL and therefore not easily accessible by vehicles. About 300 meters there is an underground car park. Nearby there are the stops of some public transport lines. The office provides several branches active at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentato in data odierna. Inizialmente Avevo preso un appuntamento per un prodotto finanziario. sul quale verrò contattato più avanti. Avendo poi inoltre avuto problemi con la mia poste Pay mi sono rivolto ad una sportellista che con grande pazienza e disponibilità è riuscita a dipanare la matassa in mezzo a codici pw id ed emails.
Detto ringrazio pubblicamente l'impiegata Emanuela per l' assistenza. Veramente..
Attended today. I had originally made an appointment for a financial product. about which I will be contacted later. Having also had problems with my Poste Pay, I turned to a counter who with great patience and availability was able to unravel the problem in the midst of pw id codes and emails.
Having said I publicly thank the employee Emanuela for the assistance. Truly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today at 17:00 Took a number and waited, I wanted to do a postpay evo. account. The lady on sportello 5 told me that I should have all my documents with me, and I told her I have it and showed it to her, she then told me to wait she went for like 2 minutes came back to tell me that I have to go for another sportello num. 11. After waiting for almost half an hour, it was finally my turn, the lady at num. 11 told me : oh I cannot do it because there’s someone before me and he’s gonna take some time and it was still 18:05, while they close at 19:05. She kept saying that she doesn’t know why the lady at num.5 sent me to her and blamed each other. I waited for almost 2 hours for nothing.
Therefore, I’m writing a review here, because obviously there’s no place else to complain about this waste of time and actually nothing was done.
Unprofessional, lazy employees. And the one on the phone doesn’t speak English even though I asked for english speaker.
