They did not respond the phone even once in three months of trying to reach them to simply ask the availability of the hologram receipt that is necessary for PDS renewal application. As a consequence, I have lost my time four times trying to go there on different time slots because each time they had ran of these receipts. For real, In 2020??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this email as a American citizen currently living in Milan who is vaccinated but carries her American green pass ( aka white card) because the Ministry of Health in Italy recognizes it as equal to the European Green pass.
Yesterday at your Carducci location I was denied service because I did not have an Italian green pass, when I explained to her that it is equivalent she told me she couldn't help me and called for the next client. Here I am a person sending mail to family as a old fashion gesture and denied the right to do because your employee was not fully educated on the regulations. Please tell me what to do or what you can do as a company to better the customer service since you are the only instituition allowed to mail letters.
