★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il problema delle poste a Enna è che hanno dai 6 ai 9 sportelli, ma si trovano solo due/tre del personale. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, ma le attese sono lunghissime. Soprattutto non va bene per le persone anziane che sono costrette ad aspettare anche ore per pagare una bolletta. Questo sistema non funziona.
The problem with postal services in Enna is that they have 6 to 9 branches, but there are only two or three of the staff. The staff is friendly and always available, but the expectations are very long. Above all, it is not good for elderly people who are forced to wait for hours to pay a bill. This system does not work.
