Comodissimo l'orario continuato e la disponibilità delle statistiche di affollamento per fasce orarie, così uno si organizza in funzione del tempo di cui dispone. Funzionale anche la possibilità di prenotarsi tramite la App di Poste Italiane. Despite the medium high crowding, I never had any particular problems with this office; the employees have (almost) always been very courteous and professional. Convenient continuous hours and the availability of crowding statistics by time slots, so one organizes himself according to the time available. The possibility to book through the Poste Italiane App is also functional.
P	Pinco pallino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante abiti lontano dalla Posta Centrale preferisco utilizzarla per la notevole efficienza del personale e la sua Quasi sempre gentilezza. A proposito di gentilezza mi viene in mente il titolo di un bellissimo libro del fisico teorico Carlo Rovelli : " Ci sono luoghi al mondo dove più che le regole è più importante la gentilezza". Ecco. Le regole appunto. Non sempre le regole sono intelligenti e spesso cozzano con la gentilezza. Per esempio. Oggi mi è stato chiesto il documento d'identità per PAGARE ( non prelevare ) con Bancopost un bollettino. Mi è sembrata una cosa ridicola nonostante l'addetta allo sportello pontificasse il contrario. E spiego perchè. Se non fossi il titolare del Bancopost e lo avessi trafugato al proprietario e se per ragioni metafisiche o altro conoscessi il codice Pin passerei prima dal Bancomat ( che non mi chiede documenti ) preleverei una somma e poi andrei a pagare in contanti ( in questo caso non chiedete documenti ) il bollettino che potrebbe essere di chiunque. La richiesta di un documento si rivela utile e giustificabile solo in caso di prelievo non certo quando si paga in contanti un bollettino o quando si deposita una somma ( che senso avrebbe per un delinquente? ) Certamente non spetta a me stabilire le vostre regole ma credo che la mia osservazione sia quantomeno legittima. Grazie per l'ascolto e Vi rinnovo i miei complimenti per il lavoro che fate ( 10 e lode ) e Vi auguro un felice anno nuovo. The rules in fact. Rules are not always intelligent and often clash with kindness. For instance. Today I was asked for an identity document to PAY (not withdraw) a bulletin with Bancopost. It seemed ridiculous to me despite the fact that the counter clerk pontificated the opposite. And I explain why. If I were not the owner of Bancopost and I had stolen it from the owner and if for metaphysical or other reasons I knew the Pin code I would first go to the ATM (which does not ask me for documents) I would withdraw a sum and then I would go to pay in cash (in this case not ask for documents) the bulletin which could be anyone's. The request for a document turns out to be useful and justifiable only in the case of withdrawal, certainly not when you pay a bill in cash or when you deposit a sum (what sense would it have for a criminal?) Certainly it is not up to me to establish your rules but I think that my observation is at least legitimate. V	VoLTz † on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 22/07/20 tento di prelevare i soldi dalla mia Postepay Evolution, il postamat non va quindi tento di entrare notando che era ancora aperto con dei clienti. Come sono entrato una dipendente donna dai capelli scuri(Spero CHE LEGGA e SI VERGOGNI)dice che l'ufficio è chiuso, io gli spiego che ho fretta e che fuori il postamat non funziona e mi dice di aspettare. EVitate assolutamente le poste, da domani elimino la Postepay Evolution e passo a cose più serie. Ora invierò un bel reclamo e spero che vengano presi seri provvedimenti per questa incapace, che non è neanche in grado di relazionarsi col pubblico. On 22/07/20 I try to withdraw the money from my Postepay Evolution, the postamat does not go therefore I try to enter noting that it was still open with customers. As I entered, a dark-haired female employee (I hope she reads and is ashamed) says that the office is closed, I explain to her that I'm in a hurry and that outside the postamat is not working and she tells me to wait. Absolutely avoid the stakes, from tomorrow I will eliminate the Postepay Evolution and move on to more serious things. Now I will send a good complaint and I hope that serious measures will be taken for this incapacitated person, who is not even able to relate to the public.
