M	Maura Pancaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tempi di attesa, per chi ha il Bancoposta, sono inaccettabili. Oggi quasi un'ora e poi ad un certo punto è saltata la numerazione. E' stato un errore di sistema? E' stata una forzatura di qualche dipendente? Non è dato sapere. Però il personale dovrebbe per lo meno scusarsi, provvedere a rimediare e non negare l'evidenza (tra l'altro una delle dipendenti non è nuova ad errori con la sottoscritta!) invece con mero atteggiamento di sufficienza "non si sono scomposti" e "hanno fatto spallucce".... tipico spaccato di come funziona questo Paese. The waiting times for those with Bancoposta are unacceptable. Today almost an hour and then at some point the numbering jumped. Was it a system error? Was it forcing some employee? It is not known. But the staff should at least apologize, remedy and not deny the evidence (among other things, one of the employees is not new to errors with the undersigned!) Instead with a mere attitude of sufficiency "they have not broken down" and " they shrugged ".... typical insight into how this country works.

Ritiro il pacco, rotto, l'operatrice dopo diversi minuti di ricerca non sa neanche trovare il modulo per il reclamo. Lasciamo proprio perdere! Non scrivete FRAGILE sui pacchi che spedite perché tanto mi hanno detto che ai loro corrieri non gliene frega proprio niente, tant'è che la Signora il mio lo ha sbattuto in terra. Roba da matti! Bella cosa il posto fisso vai! Bad employees, surly, not at all kind. Do not write FRAGILE on the packages you send because they told me so much that their couriers do not give a damn, so much so that the Lady threw mine on the ground. Crazy stuff!
