Una Vergogna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anno tolto 2 poste nella zona San donato noi al Pilastro dobbiamo fare code di ore le poste non si interessano di noi cittadini sotto il sole oppure al freddo di che cosa si interessano? Fare cassa a costo zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta entrata alle Poste Italiane, vado allo sportello per poter avere la Postepay standard. Nell'operazione mi seguono la signora dello sportello ed anche il Direttore. La prima, educatissima e molto disponibile; il secondo, invece, non è stato per niente professionale. Tra l'esporre le offerte disponibili e l'offendere indirettamente e permettersi di sindacare le scelte ed anche il metodo in cui il cliente gestisce i propri soldi, c'è molta differenza! In conclusione: in un'operazione dove servivano 5 minuti di tempo, c'ho messo un'ora intera.
Once I enter the Italian Post Office, I go to the counter in order to have the standard Postepay. The lady at the counter and also the Director follow me in the operation. The first, very polite and very helpful; the second, however, was not at all professional. There is a lot of difference between exposing the offers available and indirectly offending and allowing yourself to syndicate choices and also the method in which the customer manages their money! In conclusion: in an operation where 5 minutes of time were needed, it took me a whole hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ attesa di minimo 1 ora se volete semplicemente andare a pagare una bolletta quando durerebbe 5 minuti. Mi sembra sempre una perdita di tempo venirci anche se è vicina a casa. Prossime volte andrò in poste più lontane da casa dove il tempo dell'attesa è accettabile un minimo.
wait for at least 1 hour if you just want to go and pay a bill when it would last 5 minutes. It always seems like a waste of time to come here even if it is close to home. Next times I will go to places further away from home where the waiting time is acceptable a minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione vergognosa della fila a tutte le ore. In orario di chiusura lasciano fuori i clienti in fila da più di mezz'ora senza stabilire prima un ultimo cliente in fila da servire e avvisare gli altri che arrivano dopo che non saranno più serviti. In tempi normali i clienti in fila all'interno dell'ufficio si servono. Ora approfittando della fila fuori si chiude loro la porta in faccia fregandosene del tempo perso in attesa.
Shameful management of the queue at all times. During closing time they leave customers out in line for more than half an hour without first establishing a last customer in line to be served and notify the others who arrive after they will no longer be served. In normal times, customers lined up inside the office serve themselves. Now, taking advantage of the queue outside, the door closes in their faces, not caring about the time lost waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’ufficio postale più orribile gente che non capisci nulla l’ha più giovane avrà’ 70 anni che a momenti cadono ! Bisogna che fanno una polizia cambiano personale e velocità e competenze!!!! 3 ore in fila perché lui devono parlare delle serie tv una vergogna ! Il numero che cade la linea manche squilla ????
