★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo. Ho fatto due ore di fila per ordinare pochi dollari. Arrivati al mio turno l'impiegata mi ha detto che i suoi colleghi non potevano contarli e mi ha dato appuntamento per un altro giorno per ritirarli. Mi sono presentata all'appuntamento e nessuno ne sapeva niente e i dollari non erano disponibili. Spero che il direttore provveda a formare il personale
 A disgusting. I took two hours in a row to order a few dollars. Arrived at my turn the clerk told me that her colleagues could not count them and gave me an appointment for another day to withdraw them. I introduced myself to the appointment and nobody knew anything about it and the dollars were not available. I hope the director will train the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, pochi operatori di sportello e molto lenti, spesso impegnati in cose diverse dal fornire servizi ai cittadini - trascorrono molto tempo soli nella postazione. Probabilmente non hanno dirigenti in grado di gestire il personale e la loro efficienza o magari hanno dirigenti a cui dell'efficienza non gliene frega nulla, tanto chi glielo leverà mai quel posto. Se fosse un ente privato sarebbe fallito ieri e tutti licenziati. Complimenti ennesimo stipendificio tipico palermitano.
Bad experience, few counter operators and very slow, often engaged in things other than providing services to citizens - they spend a lot of time alone in the station. They probably don't have managers who can manage staff and their efficiency or maybe they have managers who don't care about efficiency, so much who will ever take that place from them. If it were a private entity it would have gone bankrupt yesterday and all fired. Congratulations yet another typical Palermitan salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora, bisogna riuscire a capire perché i piccoli uffici postali sono talmente incasinati, poco personale e pure anziano che non ha più voglia di seguire il pubblico, file interminabili di persone che aspettano il loro turno per ore e naturalmente si arrabbiano per la lunga attesa, poi vai alla sede centrale e ci sono 50 sportelli tutti aperti con personale giovane e con voglia di fare, 3 minuti di fila ed hai fatto. MA PERCHÉ? Mi risponderà il dirigente generale? Non credo assolutamente.
