Dovevo spedire una raccomandata abbastanza urgente, l’ho portata la mattina verso le 11 circa e lo stesso pomeriggio ho avuto già la prova di consegna. Personale molto cordiale e molto disponibile. Meritano 5 stelle! Quite satisfactory service! I had to send a fairly urgent registered letter, I brought it in the morning around 11 and that same afternoon I already had proof of delivery. Very friendly and very helpful staff. They deserve 5 stars!

In data 02/03/2015, viene recapitato al mio indirizzo un avviso per una raccomandata, ma il corriere NON HA EFFETTUATO ALCUNA CITOFONATA, e ne sono assolutamente sicura perchè al momento sono costretta a casa per gli esiti di un infortunio e non posso camminare senza stampelle ( e di conseguenza non esco mai). Per lo stesso motivo non potrò andare a ritirare la suddetta raccomandata. Alcuni amici mi hanno confermato che lo stesso fatto è accaduto anche a loro: propongo alla Ditta di fornire i loro corrieri di apparecchiature salva-dita, visto che viene loro così difficile pigiare il campanello del citofono !!!!! A	Anna Maria Lo Tennero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente NEGATIVA: - ero a casa, e ne sono certa, e non mi hanno citofonato; - nell'avviso, privo di un numero per rintracciarli, mi scrivono che posso ritirare la raccomandata solo un giorno; - quando chiamo per avere informazioni mi dicono invece che se la terranno tutta la settimana successiva...oggi è mercoledi e secondo l'avviso già da 2gg io non potrei più ritirarla!!! Senza parole!!! Absolutely NEGATIVE: - I was at home, and I'm sure, and they didn't call me; - in the notice, without a number to trace them, they write to me that I can withdraw the registered letter only one day; - when I call for information they tell me instead that if they keep it all the next week ... today is Wednesday and according to the notice already from 2 days I could not withdraw it !!! Without words!!!
