★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, dopo aver prenotato un appuntamento online con un consulente, ci siamo presentati in orario e il personale ci ha avvertito che il servizio non funzionava e una dipendente dandoci le spalle ci ha detto che potevamo andare via perché non dipendeva da loro ma da chi sta in alto.
Solo dopo esserci arrabbiati un suo collega si è degnato di chiamare il direttore per segnalare il disservizio e in qualche modo prenderci un altro appuntamento.
È veramente giunta l'ora di ripulire gli uffici postali da questi impiega inutili maleducati.
Bad experience, after booking an appointment online with a consultant, we showed up on time and the staff warned us that the service was not working and an employee with her back to us told us that we could leave because it was not up to them but to whom stands high.
Only after we got angry did one of his colleagues deign to call the manager to report the disservice and somehow make us another appointment.
It is really time to clean up post offices of these unnecessary rude employees.
