Oltre alla puntualità e serietà di Posta Power un ulteriore vantaggio che ho verificato è la grande professionalità del team, sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti e sempre con grande entusiasmo e cordialità. Il tutto aiuta ad avere massima fiducia sui servizi proposti. Un team giovane, dinamico di cui si percepisce la passione e volontà (a differenza di Poste Italiane in cui entri all'ufficio e trovi impiegati con la luna storta e lenti da morire...per poi, come detto prima, non sapere dove arriva la posta che affidi!!)
It is useless to comment on the misadventures experienced with Poste Italiane ... I have been waiting for years for postcards sent to me by my mother for the birthday that I will never see! In addition to the punctuality and seriousness of Posta Power, a further advantage that I have verified is the great professionalism of the team, always ready to satisfy customer requests and always with great enthusiasm and cordiality. All this helps to have maximum confidence in the services offered. A young, dynamic team whose passion and will is perceived (unlike Poste Italiane where you enter the office and find employees with a bad moon and slow to die ... and then, as mentioned before, not knowing where it arrives the mail you entrust !!)

Avevo sbagliato la via del destinatario nell'inviare una raccomandata e solo con contatto telefonico l'operatrice mi ha sistemato l'inconveniente che per me sarebbe stato molto scomodo e con tempi lunghi da sistemare. Grazie infinite e complimenti per la vostra organizzazione rapida ed efficiente.
Staff trained and very helpful. I had mistaken the address of the recipient in sending a registered letter and only with telephone contact the operator solved the inconvenience that for me would have been very inconvenient and with a long time to fix.
