Ma cambiate personale gentilmente. Disgraceful service, zero availability. They don't deliver packages or letters and send them back without even deigning to do their job well. Sia come recapito (inesitano continuamente i pacchi amazon e promo pacco, senza nemmeno telefonare il destinatario c he era in casa e ha anche risposto al citofono, sia come assistenza al cliente. Una stellina come valutazione è decisamente troppo. Bad. Ho chiamato questo ufficio il cui numero mi è stato dato dalle poste centrali, per ricevere informazioni su un pacco e alla seconda chiamata, fatta per comunicare il numero del pacco, un energumeno che c'era in servizio mi ha risposto invocando la Madonna del Carmine dicendo che non poteva stare al telefono. È una vergogna! C'è gente educata ed intelligente che vuole lavorare e negli uffici ci mettono queste capre! L'Italia va a rotoli! Negativissima experience!
