★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were due to get picked up at 1pm, by 1.10 i was chasing them, was told they will be 10 minutes delayed. By 1.30 they apparently had an accident and someone else was en route to pick us up. By 1.45 they stayed on the phone to me to ensure i don't get in another vehicle. Surely if there was a delay at any point you would think they would contact the customer. But i had to do all the chasing and would not budge on the price of their service. Horrendous service, definitely would not recommend.
