Annalisa ha immediatamente capito le nostre necessità in modo professionale e cortese. I tour (auto e barca) sono stati organizzati nel dettaglio ed il personale era disponibile anche a richieste dell’ultimo minuto. Domenico in particolare è stato impagabile, accompagnandoci a Ercolano, poi sul Vesuvio, Pompei ed infine a Sorrento per il tramonto.
Consigliato caldamente se vuoi godere pienamente delle bellezze del posto!!!
An excellent solution for our stay in Positano!
Annalisa immediately understood our needs in a professional and courteous manner. The tour (car and boat) were organized in detail and the staff were also available last-minute requests. Domenico in particular was priceless, taking us to Herculaneum, and Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii and then to Sorrento for sunset.
Highly recommended if you want to fully enjoy the beauty of the place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positano transfer is the worst transfer company I have ever experienced. I am absolutely appalled with the service, it was extremely unprofessional and disorganised. We had a reservation to be picked up early in the morning to make an early flight and 20 minutes after scheduled pick up time they still had not arrived. 3 young girls stranded. we called them several times, and once we finally got ahold of them they denied our reservation despite our email confirmation - and made up fake numbers to conceal their mistake. After much negotiation, the company owner finally agreed to pick us up and drop us off in Sorrento (when we had to get to Naples airport), and we experienced a car ride of not only verbal abuse but also the most wreckless driving (overtaking cars around corners, etc). All in all, I would not recommend traveling with positano transfer if your life depended on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. We had them waiting for us in Napoli station and also were right on time when they had to take us back from Positano one week later. Also, the drivers gave us a kind of guided tour since they were explaining to us what we could see during the journey (which had a gorgeous views)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liberato was an excellent driver and very professional. He picked us up from the Naples train station and gave us a lot of details of the towns we went through on our way to Positano. Highly recommend this service. The car was very nice too.
