★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace aver dovuto constatare la totale disorganizzazione nell'ambito della vendita di una bicicletta da donna usata.
La pubblicità sul sito aveva previsto solo ed esclusivamente una sola fotografia (che ovviamente non poteva dare contezza di ciò che si stava vendendo salvo effettuare una visita sul posto) e dopo aver contattato Portobello su Messenger di Facebook mi era stato risposto che la bicicletta era stata venduta, mentre al telefono mi avevano assicurato che era ancora disponibile.
Se è pur vero che l'oggetto è stato venduto con la clausola visto e piaciuto, è anche vero che una bicicletta da donna usata (arrugginita, con luce posteriore rotta, senza un pezzo di cavalletto, sporca e con ragnatele, senza il freno davanti e con la ruota posteriore che gira fuori asse e la catena molle, oltre al sellino "spellato") anche se venduta con uno sconto del 50%, è impensabile che il suo prezzo di partenza potesse essere 85 euro, considerate le condizioni in cui si trovava.
Dopo aver provato a trattare il prezzo (secondo me poteva essere equo tra i 20/30 euro) che mi sembrava molto più alto rispetto allo stato in cui si trovava la bici, non ho trovato nessuna disponibilità da parte del personale addetto che infatti mi ha fatto pagare 42,5 euro senza un minimo di sconto.
Ho deciso di fare riparare la bicicletta e nel caso la spesa dovesse essere troppo alta (o più alta dell'acquisto), proporrò a Portobello di effettuare un reso, con la speranza che mi venga concesso (vi farò sapere!).

While it is true that the item was sold with the seen and liked clause, it is also true that a used women's bicycle (rusty, with broken rear light, without a piece of kickstand, dirty and with cobwebs, without the front brake and with the rear wheel turning off axis and the soft chain, in addition to the "skinned" seat) even if sold at a 50% discount, it is unthinkable that its starting price could be 85 euros, considering the conditions in which found.
After trying to negotiate the price (in my opinion it could be fair between 20/30 euros) which seemed much higher than the state in which the bike was, I did not find any availability from the staff who in fact gave me charged 42.5 euros without a minimum discount.
I have decided to have the bicycle repaired and if the cost is too high (or higher than the purchase), I will propose to Portobello to make a return, in the hope that it will be granted to me (I will let you know!).
