Diversi mesi fa abbiamo deciso di rifare il nostro bagno, così per caso siamo capitati da Portobello Ceramiche. Eleonora ci ha subito introdotti in un esposizione di prodotti immensa, guidandoci passo passo verso la scelta del nostro bagno, dalle piastrelle, passando per la rubinetteria ecc....lavoro non facile, capire le esigenze e problematiche del cliente. La sua esperienza nel settore ci ha proposto diverse soluzioni e qualche mese dopo.....abbiamo realizzato il nostro progetto. Un grazie di cuore non solo ad Eleonora, super professionale ed instancabile, ma a tutta la squadra, muratori, piastrellista, idraulico ecc..che hanno lavorato nel modo più pulito e professionale possibile per realizzare i nostri progetti.....Grazie ragazzi!!
What can I say ..... a fantastic team, led by Eleonora, who follows closely and step by step all the phases of the work. Several months ago we decided to redo our bathroom, so by chance we came across Portobello Ceramiche. Eleonora immediately introduced us to an immense exhibition of products, guiding us step by step towards the choice of our bathroom, from the tiles, through the taps, etc. .... not an easy job, understanding the needs and problems of the customer. His experience in the sector offered us various solutions and a few months later ..... we realized our project. A heartfelt thanks not only to Eleonora, super professional and tireless, but to the whole team, bricklayers, tiler, plumber, etc. who worked in the cleanest and most professional way possible to realize our projects ..... Tutte le persone della sua squadra si sono dimostrate davvero uniche in termini di attenzione, gentilezza e competenza nell'esecuzione dei lavori. La cosa che ci ha stupito maggiormente è stata la frequenza con cui Eleonora ha seguito i lavori: praticamente è passata ogni giorno in cantiere a dare istruzioni e verificare l’andamento dei lavori, sempre positiva e disponibile a dare consigli, senza essere insistente o prevaricante. Consigliatissimo (5 stelle e lode).
We chose Portobello Ceramiche for the makeover of our main bathroom because Eleonora had inspired us with trust and it was a very well placed trust. All the people on his team proved to be truly unique in terms of attention, kindness and competence in carrying out the work. The thing that surprised us most was the frequency with which Eleonora followed the work: practically she spent every day on the construction site giving instructions and checking the progress of the work, always positive and willing to give advice, without being insistent or bullying. .
