A	Andrea G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho vissuto un'esperienza Fantozziana: l'uscita a piedi non era ben indicata e alla fine sono uscito seguendo il percorso delle auto, ho faticato a trovare la cassa (alcuni cartelli indicavano porte chiuse), la cassa non ha accettato la mia MasterCard nè il mio Bancomat, ci ho messo 3-4 minuti buoni a capire che, per rientrare nella struttura, dovevo digitare il codice riportato sul biglietto a caratteri microscopici (alla porta non c'era alcun indicazione), con l'auto ho imboccato un'uscita con un lettore di biglietti spento o non funzionante (ho dovuto fare retromarcia per un bel pezzo!) e, dulcis in fundis, alla prima uscita buona mi hanno chiesto un extra pagamento (che mi sono rifiutato di pagare) forse perchè ci ho messo troppo ad uscire... A	Alessandro Boss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il parcheggio di per sé è in posizione ottima e sopra c'è una bellissima piazza, tuttavia ci si ritrova sempre pieni di polvere di estintori, svuotati sicuramente da qualche teppistello maleducato. Non c'è un aiuto concreto se non attraverso la citofonia (gestita da Torino a quanto pare) bisogna ricordarsi il biglietto o il telepass per accedere al parcheggio altrimenti bisogna passare come me dalle rampe (porte chiuse con tastierino numerico per sbloccarle). The car park itself is in a great location and above there is a beautiful square, however you always find yourself full of powder from fire extinguishers, certainly emptied by some rude thug. There is no concrete help except through the intercom (apparently managed by Turin) you have to remember the ticket or telepass to access the parking lot otherwise you have to go through the ramps like me (closed doors with numeric keypad to unlock them).

Più di una volta l'entrata da cui si accede da Via Gattamelata è fuori servizio: si arriva alla colonnina che emette il biglietto e risulta fuori servizio obbligando a fare retromarcia sulla rampa di accesso perché nessuno risponde al citofono (successo il 31/10/2020). Inoltre alcune volte anche le macchinette per il pagamento del biglietto non funzionano. Parking in excellent location but in very bad condition. More than once the entrance from which you enter from Via Gattamelata is out of order: you arrive at the column that issues the ticket and is out of order, forcing you to reverse on the access ramp because no one answers the intercom (happened on 31/10 / 2020). Un vero labirinto, oltretutto alle 7,30 lugubremente deserto . . . impossibile trovare l'uscita pedonale, segnaletica assente o contraddittoria, alla fine si esce da sotto le sbarre ! Al ritorno impossibile trovare la CASSA automatica, segnaletica ancora peggiore di quella pedonale ! Trovata la cassa dopo lunghi giri fra porte senza segnali, scale sporche di vomito e residui di birra, pago la tariffa, tento di tornare di sotto, ma la porta dalla quale eravamo usciti è chiusa ! Altro lungo peregrinare e finalmente ecco una porta aperta . . . scendiamo. Si sale in auto e giunti alla sbarra, questa non si alza ! QUESTO SI' E' SEQUESTRO DI PERSONA ! Ed ho pure pagato 4 euro ! VERGOGNA ! 22-4-2021 ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! Per l'uscita iniziamo col trovare la cassa automatica lato Scarampo fuori servizio, pertanto cerchiamo un'altra cassa e ne troviamo una, non indicata e con parte del percorso (scale) fatto a piedi al buio, lato Kiplin. Paghiamo, recuperiamo il biglietto con codice a barre per uscire, raggiungiamo la ns. vettura, ci avviamo verso l'uscita Scarampo, passiamo il biglietto sotto lo scanner della sbarra per l'apertura e ci appare sul display dello stesso un avviso di non riuscita decifrazione del codice, pertanto la sbarra non si alza. Riproviamo ripetutamente a scansionare il codice sul biglietto ma niente da fare, pertanto ci troviamo costretti ad uscire dall'altra parte, lato Kiplin. Raggiungiamo l'uscita lato kiplin e il lettore decifra il codice ma la sbarra non si alza e sul display dello stesso appare la scritta "credito insufficiente". Passiamo nuovamente dalla cassa automatica funzionante, paghiamo un'ulteriore quota e finalmente ci è stato possibile uscire dal parcheggio. Morale: parecchio tempo perso, nessuna indicazione di apparecchi fuori servizio fino a quando non si tenta di usarli, quota in più pagata per tempo speso per cercare di capire come poter uscire da quel parcheggio. I would say the worst, my husband and I had a surreal experience to say the least. For the exit we begin by finding the automatic cash desk on the Scarampo side out of service, therefore we look for another cash desk and find one, not indicated and with part of the path (stairs) made on foot in the dark, on the Kiplin side. We pay, we retrieve the ticket with a barcode to exit, we reach our. car, we move towards the Scarampo exit, pass the ticket under the scanner of the barrier for opening and a warning of failed code decryption appears on the display, therefore the barrier does not go up. We repeatedly try to scan the code on the ticket but nothing to do, therefore we are forced to go out on the other side, Kiplin side. We reach the exit on the kiplin side and the reader decrypts the code but the bar does not go up and the message "insufficient credit" appears on the display. We go back to the functioning automatic cash machine, pay an additional fee and finally we have been able to get out of the parking lot. Moral: a lot of time lost, no indication of devices out of order until you try to use them, extra fee paid for time spent trying to figure out how to get out of that parking lot.
F	Fabio Moriggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è molto positiva. Parcheggio comodissimo posto a due passi dalla Fiera di Milano, accessibile da via Scarampo. E' aperto 24 ore, e cosa eccezionale, ha una tariffa oraria di 2 euri. E se si raggiungono le 24 ore, il massimo sono 10 euri. Facilità di pagamento con la cassa automatica, e grande possibilità di spazio all'interno. Consigliatissimo per la fiera e per soste anche prolungate, in zona. Non c'è il personale, ma la struttura è video sorvegliata. Magnifico e comodo. My experience is very positive.
