ON 2 SEPTEMBER I WENT TO THE POINT OF SALE OF CASALGRANDE THE SELLER OF THE SURFACE AND SUSPENSIVE PERSON IN 10 MINUTES WE MADE EVERYTHING I WAS PROMISED TO SEND ME THEIR OFFER, THE ESTIMATE CONSISTS OF 5 INTERNAL DOORS, AFTER 1 WEEK I CALLED TO KNOW WHERE I WAS THE QUOTE AND I WANTED YOU NEEDED ANOTHER DAY, AFTER ANOTHER WEEK OF WAITING AGAIN THE ESTIMATE MUST COME TO ME, I WILL NOT BUY THEM ALWAYS BECAUSE IF THE TIMES ARE THESE I DON'T WANT TO IMAGINE ME IN CASE OF PROBLEMS HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO PASS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I renovated a small house and all the fixtures are from the Zanni company. They are wonderful and we are very happy. The assistance and friendliness of the sales staff is also excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto fare finestre scuri e tapparelle per casa in classe A+. Ottimo risultato ,dopo 5 anni sono come nuove. Peccato per l' assistenza (registrazioni e rotture di rulli delle tapparelle) che è poco organizzata e non disponibile alle chiamate. Abbiamo dovuto organizzarci da soli

Made to make dark windows and shutters for home in class A +. Excellent result, after 5 years they are like new. Too bad for the assistance (registration and breakage of roller shutters) which is not organized and not available for calls. We had to organize ourselves

Peccato che tutto questo venga offuscato,
Dalla totale leggerezza e poca cura nel seguire il cliente.. da parte della sede di Casalgrande,
Non sto nemmeno ad elencare le problematiche
Perché non mi sembra corretto,
Per quanto riguarda il montaggio tutto perfetto, anzi ottimi tecnici.
Si peccato per il sevizio vendita / sopralluoghi ecc.una vera delusione.

It is a pity about the sales service / inspections etc. a real disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato le finestre nella sede di Casalgrande. Interno bianco ed esterno marrone. La verniciatura interna non è omogenea e presenta molte imprecisioni. Alcune finestre a vasistas non si aprono. Una porta finestra é stata montata lasciando le viti spannate. In conclusione abbiamo avuto diversi problemi e per questo non lo consiglio. I problemi rimangono del cliente.
We bought the windows in the Casalgrande site. White interior and brown exterior. The internal painting is not homogeneous and has many inaccuracies. Some bottom hung windows do not open. A French window was mounted leaving the screws stripped. In conclusion we had several problems and therefore I do not recommend it. Problems remain with the customer.
