After the recent renovation, Turin station has regained much of its historical charm. Without doubt one of the most beautiful stations in Italy.

È sicuramente fra le più utilizzate della città. Non vi sono barriere architettoniche che ostacolino l'accesso alla metropolitana sottostante o il percorso verso i binari dei treni. Non ci sono ripari o posti a sedere This surface transport stop is located directly on the sidewalk in front of the Turin Porta Nuova railway station. It is certainly among the most used in the city. There are no architectural barriers that hinder access to the subway below or the path to the train tracks. There are no shelters or seats

La pensilina si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Porta Nuova e ha gli orari con le tratte stampate dei tram di passaggio. Il posto per aspettare il mezzo, ovvero la tettoia per ripararsi nei giorni di pioggia, è grande e ci sono anche i posti a sedere. I have been to this bus stop with my girlfriend during a weekend in Turin. The shelter is located near the train station Porta Nuova and times with printed sections of passing tram. The place to wait for the medium, ie the canopy to shelter on rainy days, is large and there are also seats.

The ticket inspector is very rude, especially to foreigners, with racist gesture。 I am a foreign Postdoc researcher working at University of Turin for English-speaking projects. I go to work by bus daily therefore I have GTT card and buy monthly ticket every month. This afternoon I changed my coat and forgot my GTT card at home. I didn't realize I forgot the card at home until I met three ticket inspectors in the bus 61. I tried to explain the situation but they do not give me any chance to speak any word!!! I do not speak Italian language, I was very helpless and at that moment I felt like that I am in the hell! They didn't let me talk and were just continuously and impolitly asking my money, money, money! I am ok with the penalty and I agree to pay the bill, but the behaviour of the ticket inspector makes me feel like that I was robbed!!! The tone they spoke to me is very rude and of defiance. This is definitely NOT a professional behavious of public service personnel, such as GTT, especially in a diversified and international metropolis as Turin! Extremely unpleasant experience with GTT ticket inspectors!
