A mia sorella hanno bruciato i capelli e non si sono neanche assunti la responsabilità dicendo fosse una cosa normale, (aveva fatto una semplice piega frisè) dopo una settimana ancora le puzzano di bruciato, sono spezzati e le stanno cadendo intere ciocche, le hanno fatto un danno enorme very bad experience, they were very rude to me, forcing me to go and withdraw because without Pos (in theory mandatory). I capelli lavandoli a casa dopo la piega si sono spezzati e ne ho persi moltissimi e hanno questo forte odore di bruciato che non va più via , per non parlare poi della paglia che ora mi ritrovo in testa e non posso più lasciarli sciolti dal momento che si sono spezzati e ho ciocche cortissime in cima alla testa . Mi sono recata per chiedere spiegazioni e mi è stato detto che la piega con effetto frisee è normale che puzzi e che la ‘colpa’ è del mio capello . Oltre il danno anche la beffa. Bravissimi con i colori riescono a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza, per il taglio sono ponderati non hanno la mania dell'utilizzo delle forbici come altri parrucchieri. Pagamento prezzo fisso 45,00 euro taglio colore e messa in piega, l'unica cosa dovete avere la pazienza nel caso di aspettare e mettervi in fila, ma ne vale veramente la pena.
