★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato 6 margherite sulla app alle 20,15, non arrivava la conferma dell'ordine e alle 20,25 abbiamo telefonato: ci hanno detto che avrebbero consegnato alle 21-21, 15. Dopo varie telefonate (e 3 discese ad aspettare la consegna) in cui ci veniva detto che tra 10 minuti avrebbero consegnato alle 23 scopriamo che non ci sono i ragazzi per la consegna e l'ordine non è stato preparato. Mi dispiace non avere potuto assaggiare la pizza ma avrei gradito la correttezza di poter scegliere se ordinare da un altra parte.
Può succedere la serata storta, ma se al primo sollecito ci avessero detto che non riuscivano a consegnare non avrebbero perso dei clienti.
 We ordered 6 daisies on the app at 8.15 pm, the order confirmation did not arrive and at 8.25 pm we phoned: they told us they would deliver at 21-21, 15. After several phone calls (and 3 descents to wait for delivery ) in which we were told that in 10 minutes they would deliver at 11pm we discover that there are no guys for the delivery and the order has not been prepared. I am sorry not to have been able to taste the pizza but I would have appreciated the correctness of being able to choose whether to order elsewhere.
It can happen a bad evening, but if at the first reminder we were told that they could not deliver they would not have lost customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A prescindere dalla piccola stellina che ci lavora e che ormai adoriamo (ci siamo stati due volte ed è stata sempre dolcissima), la pizza è davvero buona, come pure i fritti! Prossimamente proveremo anche gli hamburger. Grazie mille al personale (tutto), in ogni caso, gentilissimo, che è stato attento alle nostre esigenze.
Regardless of the little star who works there and whom we love now (we have been there twice and it has always been very sweet), the pizza is really good, as well as the fried! We will also try burgers soon. Thanks a lot to the staff (all), in any case, very kind, who was attentive to our needs.

Purtroppo la bontà dei panini è la qualità del prodotto viene meno data la radicata maleducazione del personale che aggredisce al telefono incolpando addirittura i clienti per aver ordinato su Glovo (la scelta di stare su Glovo non è certo la mia), invece di ringraziare. Per la seconda volta consecutiva Glovo annulla un ordine accettato e più volte rimandato a distanza di un ora e questo accade solo con questa attività, ci ho voluto riprovare, se pure fosse colpa di Glovo è responsabilità dell'attività assicurarsi che venga risolto e soddisfare comunque il cliente. Sono stato preso a male parole pur avendo comunque chiesto di procedere lo stesso con l'ordine se pure alle 22 passate si sera, dopo aver atteso oltre 1 ora e mezza. Il gestore mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia dicendo "continuate ad ordinare su glovo e mo manco je lo faccio più l'ordine!"...DA EVITARE PURTROPPO, PURTROPPO PERCHE I PRODOTTI SONO BUONI, MA NON BASTA ESSERE BRAVI A CUCINARE....MAI PIU.

Unfortunately the goodness of the sandwiches and the quality of the product is less given the deep-rooted rudeness of the staff who attacks on the phone even blaming the customers for having ordered on Glovo (the choice to stay on Glovo is certainly not mine), instead of thanking. For the second time in a row Glovo cancels an order accepted and postponed several times after an hour and this only happens with this activity, I wanted to try again, even if it were Glovo's fault it is the responsibility of the activity to ensure that it is resolved and to satisfy anyway the client. I was taken with bad words even though I still asked to proceed with the order even if at 10 pm in the evening, after having waited over 1 hour and a half. The manager stuck the phone in my face saying "keep ordering on glovo and I don't even do it anymore!" ... TO AVOID UNFORTUNATELY, UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS ARE GOOD, BUT IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO BE GOOD AT COOKING. ...NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scoperto per caso grazie a the fork ! locale molto semplice ma accogliente servizio impeccabile anche se un po' lento tra una portata e l' altra la cameriera con il suo sorriso e modi gentili ti fa passare il tempo ! cibo davvero buono fritti ottimi e abbondanti panini giganti con carne squisita ! mio figlio ha preso la pizza ed era fina e ben condita ! prezzi onesti 40 euro conto finale più acqua a parte 4 !!! da ritornare sicuramente !
discovered by chance thanks to the fork! very simple but welcoming place impeccable service even if a little slow between courses the waitress with her smile and kind manners makes you pass the time! really good food great fried and abundant giant sandwiches with exquisite meat! my son got the pizza and it was fine and well seasoned! honest prices 40 euros final bill plus water apart from 4 !!! to come back for sure!
