Il riscaldatore NON funziona, la piscinetta da errore H2O in continuazione, la radio in dotazione NON funziona, la chiavetta usb in dotazione NON funziona, gli schizzi NON funzionano!
UNA VERGOGNA!!
Quando li abbiamo chiamati più volte per riferire il problema, addirittura ci hanno detto che la ditta era fallita e che non potevano prestare più assistenza, ma miracolosamente il mese dopo hanno riattivato il centralino. Stiamo continuando a chiamare per capire come possiamo risolvere il problema, ma senza successo! Se non risolveremo il problema entro l’estate probabilmente ci affideremo a degli avvocati perché non parliamo di 3 euro.
I could give 0 stars! Really unprofessional. We purchased a hot tub with heater from them which NEVER worked properly.
The heater does NOT work, the H2O error pool continuously, the supplied radio does NOT work, the supplied USB key does NOT work, the splashes DO NOT work!
A SHAME!!
When we called them several times to report the problem, they even told us that the company had gone bankrupt and that they could no longer provide assistance, but miraculously the following month they reactivated the switchboard. We are continuing to call to find out how we can fix the problem, but without success! If we do not solve the problem by the summer, we will probably rely on lawyers because we are not talking about 3 euros.
