Sono andato di persona e non mi hanno ritirato il pacco perché acquisto “economy”
Personale molto maleducato. Da persona intelligente me ne sono andato. Ho chiamato il servizio clienti, mi sono fatto rimborsare ciò che ho pagato e mi sono affidato ad altro corriere in grado di offrire il servizio.

Chiederò espressamente ai miei fornitori che lavorano con voi, di fare spedizioni solo con altri corrieri che nel 99% dei casi consegnano in 24h.
Absolutely outrageous.

Mi chiedo, hanno il numero del mittente, perché non farlo? Lunedì era festa quindi oggi ho aspettato tutto il giorno senza ricevere la notifica di consegna e senza arrivare nessuno. Quindi cerco il numero telefonico e scopro che c è un numero a pagamento, dico a pagamento, provo comunque senza ricevere risposta Alla fine ho dovuto andare di persona a ritirare il pacco. Come organizzazione nel consegnare direi come voto pessimo, a differenza del dipendente che ho trovato nella sede molto gentile e a quanto detto era solo e doveva fare tutto lui.
