Disponibilità di Appartamenti con foto , chiarezza e rapidità nel concludere l'affitto dell'immobile ,con varie opzioni proposte ,il calore dei ponzesi , la location fantastica cibo ottimo da contorno che dire.... siamo tornati per una settimana ad Agosto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un agenzia con poca professiomalitá, dove arroganza scortesia e scostumatezza sono sovrane. Nulla da ridire sull immobile che ci hanno fittato, molto carino anche se con qualche piccola pecca (scaldabagno che perde e formiche in cucina) ma se lo fai notare all agenzia invece di avere delle scuse aprono una polemica di competenze.
Anche la chiarezza fa pecca.....non sapevamo di una caparra da pagare cash e
Che al rientro verso il porto non era previsto un servizio di navetta come per la andata. La vacanza è stata incantevole ma trattare con loro è stato veramente fastidioso. Forse una stessa è anche troppo
An agency with little professionalism, where arrogance, rudeness and rudeness are sovereign. Clarity is also flawed ..... we did not know of a deposit to be paid in cash
That on the return to the port there was no shuttle service as for the outward journey. The holiday was lovely but dealing with them was really annoying. Perhaps one is too much

Come avete potuto capire abbiamo deciso all’ultimo momento, senza neanche pensarci su, e tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative. All’arrivo siamo stati contattati da un collaboratore di ponzaimmobiliare.com che ci ha offerto di accompagnarci in auto. Abbiamo preso entrambi le villette, che sono molto comode ed accoglienti, offrono tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per trascorrere un week end, una settimana o anche un mese. Appena arrivati rimaniamo sorpresi dal magnifico terrazzo panoramico, piu grande di quello che si vede in foto, la villetta ha la zona giorno al piano terra con cucina attrezzata di tutti i tipi di utensili e un grande frigo, salotto, tv, al piano superiore c’è la zona notte. La zona di Le Forna a mio dire è la più bella di Ponza per alloggiare calma e autentica, a pochi passi ci sono due supermercati e un piccolo ristorantino dove si può fare anche colazione. L’autobus Passa sotto casa circa ogni 15 minuti.
I gestori dell’agenzia, due Ponzesi innamorati della loro isola hanno anche il ristorante “Dieci Maggio” in zona Santa Maria, dove si mangia solo pesce locale freschissimo.
Che dire Accoglienza Strepitosa, Cibo Superlativo, Isola Fantastica, Vacanza Unica

As you could understand, we decided at the last moment, without even thinking about it, and everything exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were contacted by an employee of ponzaimmobiliare.com who offered to take us by car. We took both villas, which are very comfortable and welcoming, offer everything you need to spend a weekend, a week or even a month. As soon as we arrive we are surprised by the magnificent panoramic terrace, larger than what you see in the photo, the villa has a living area on the ground floor with a kitchen equipped with all kinds of utensils and a large fridge, living room, TV, upstairs there 'is the sleeping area. The area of Le Forna in my opinion is the most beautiful in Ponza to stay calm and authentic, a few steps away there are two supermarkets and a small restaurant where you can also have breakfast. The bus passes by the house about every 15 minutes.
The managers of the agency, two Ponzesi in love with their island, also have the "Dieci Maggio" restaurant in the Santa Maria area, where you only eat the freshest local fish.
