Menomale che la biancheria l ho portata da casa! Abbiamo atteso 2/3 ore per le chiavi. Booked through booking and stayed at Farfalla 1 actually great location of the apartment. But dilapidated and dirty room ... Luckily I brought the linen from home! We waited 2/3 hours for the keys.

Personale dell'agenzia sempre disponibile e cordiale. Una garanzia. Ci tornerò. What can I say ... Ponza is a wonderful island. I have booked several times with the Immobilevante agency and I have always found myself very well. Large and clean rooms. Agency staff always helpful and friendly. A warranty. I'll be back.
c	cecilia sertoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa, nel nostro caso Palladiana 2, si trova sopra il porto ed é facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in motorino, ciononostante è super silenziosa e isolata dal viavai che caratterizza l’isola: un sogno! Si tratta di un appartamento appena ristrutturato e curato nei minimi dettagli, dalle piastrelle alle tovagliette per la colazione. La casa é pulita e funzionale e la signora é davvero ospitale. Torneremo presto! The house, in our case Palladiana 2, is located above the port and is easily accessible both on foot and by moped, nevertheless it is super quiet and isolated from the hustle and bustle that characterizes the island: a dream! It is a newly renovated apartment with great attention to detail, from the tiles to the breakfast placemats. The house is clean and functional and the lady is really hospitable. We will be back soon!
L	Lorena Di Bari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sporcizia accumulata da anni, muffa, fatiscenza e inquinamento acustico causato dai motori dei condizionatori di altri alloggi. Ovviamente le loro stanze non hanno ne condizionatore ne un semplice ventilatore (ne tantomeno il lusso del Wifi). Il tutto accompagnato è da una scortesia mai incontrata in nessuna struttura ricettiva. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che una struttura del genere sia aperta durante un periodo pandemico: DA DENUNCIA! In allegato foto del piatto doccia Dirt accumulated for years, mold, dilapidation and noise pollution caused by the motors of air conditioners in other accommodations. Obviously their rooms have neither air conditioning nor a simple fan (nor the luxury of Wifi). All accompanied by a rudeness never encountered in any accommodation facility. f	francesca bravetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una vacanza con altre due ragazze, siamo entrate per disinfettare e vediamo gli utensili della cucina sporchi, ma non si limitava a questo... perché c’era proprio della muffa ed erano completamente inutilizzabili. Alla richiesta di sostituirli, ci è stata mandata una signora delle pulizie, da noi non richiesta, perché non avremmo mai cucinato con questi utensili, e dopo varie chiamate siamo riuscite a farceli cambiare. Non si sono ne scusati per il disagio, ne nulla. Una casa non si deve presentare così, soprattutto in condizioni di COVID dove l’igiene viene prima di ogni altra cosa ! La posizione della casa era perfetta, ma l’igiene in queste situazioni viene prima di tutto. I took a vacation with two other girls, we went in to disinfect and we see dirty kitchen utensils, but it was not limited to this ... because there was mold and they were completely unusable. When asked to replace them, a cleaning lady was sent to us, not requested by us, because we would never cook with these utensils, and after several calls we were able to change them. They did not apologize for the inconvenience, nor anything. A home must not look like this, especially in COVID conditions where hygiene comes before anything else! The location of the house was perfect, but hygiene comes first in these situations.
V	Viviana Dionisio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pernottato all'Immobilevante La Luisa ed è qualcosa che consigliamo caldamente per un soggiorno a Ponza. L'appartamento si trova proprio nella strada principale, immerso tra tutti i negozi ma separato dal frenetico via vai grazie ad un sistema di doppia porta efficiente non solo dal punto di vista acustico ma anche da quello visivo. Entrati nella grande e spaziosa camera da letto è una sorpresa scoprire il balconcino con vista sulla Baia del Porto, parte di una cucina completa di tutto il necessario. Spero di tornare presto a Ponza, ancor di più all'Immobilevante Luisa! We stayed at the Immovante La Luisa and it is something we highly recommend for a stay in Ponza. The apartment is located right in the main street, surrounded by all the shops but separated from the hectic hustle and bustle thanks to a double door system that is efficient not only from an acoustic point of view but also from a visual one. Entering the large and spacious bedroom it is a surprise to discover the balcony overlooking the Bay of the Port, part of a kitchen complete with everything you need. I hope to return to Ponza soon, even more to the Immovante Luisa!
