Il 30 settembre ho acquistato per mia madre la bellissima poltrona relax onda ma nonostante la grande comodità della poltrona non avevo valutato la necessità di mia madre di avere la pediera che si sollevasse di più anche se per la maggior parte delle persone sarebbe stata perfetta cosi.Dopo 20 giorni ho preso coraggio e ho chiesto al Sig Daniele del negozio di via Dozza di poter effettuare un cambio poltrona convinta di ricevere una risposta negativa .Ebbene la mia richiesta é stata accettata senza esitazioni e senza aggiunta di denaro . Questo per me vuol dire essere un azienda seria e attenta alle necessità del cliente .Ringrazio anche il personale che effettua le consegne , molto pratici e veloci . Poltronificio Villani é sicuramente una garanzia . I really care about doing this review and I want to share it. On September 30th I bought the beautiful onda relax armchair for my mother but despite the great comfort of the armchair I hadn't evaluated my mother's need to have a footboard that would lift more even if for most people it would have been perfect like this. After 20 days I took courage and asked Mr. Daniele from the shop in via Dozza to be able to change the seat, convinced that he would receive a negative answer. Well my request was accepted without hesitation and without adding money. For me this means being a serious company and attentive to customer needs. I also thank the staff who make the deliveries, very practical and fast. Poltronificio Villani is certainly a guarantee.

Dopo diversi giri in altre aziende che ho scartato anche perchè so per esperienza che poi l'assistenza te la scordi, mi sono convinta già la prima volta che ho visitato il posto, perchè ho subito avuto l'impressione di persone accoglienti che ama il proprio lavoro, ti fa vedere come lo fa e con quali materiali (si può visitare la fabbrica dietro la mostra) ed è quindi poi in grado di seguire eventuali riparazioni future. Guardate che divano mi hanno fatto (col pouf) ... mi hanno anche concesso di acquistare il tessuto da una mia amica perchè non trovavo quello giusto per me, quindi disponibilità a 360°, lavoro e consegna perfetti, e soddisfazione al massimo. Sono loro i veri artigiani della qualità! Li consiglio davvero a tutti. All very good! Ho ordinato un divano sfoderabile che ho ricevuto nelle tempistiche stabilite, molto bello e comodo. Alla consegna ho notato una cucitura difettosa e hanno subito provveduto a ritirare il pezzo e a sistemarlo nel giro di 1 giorno. Il servizio post vendita a mio parere è molto importante quando si tratta di seccature come queste. I ordered a sofa with removable cover which I received within the established deadline, very nice and comfortable. Upon delivery, I noticed a faulty seam and they immediately collected the piece and fixed it within 1 day. After sales service in my opinion is very important when it comes to hassles like this.
