Mi sono stati consegnati i divani l’11 marzo con un piedino rotto, che sto aspettando ancora oggi 5 maggio che mi venga sostituito, vale a dire dopo un mese e mezzo. Dopo aver chiamato in negozio (più di una volta)per ricevere assistenza e aiuto, mi sono sentita rispondere che avevano fatto tutto quello che era in loro potere. Volete sapere cos’hanno fatto?Ebbene hanno mandato due mail, DUE IN UN MESE E MEZZO, questo è tutto quello che hanno fatto!!!!!Comlimenti per la professionalità. I am a shame !!!!!
