Extreme kindness and courtesy, ability to understand and advise the customer, ability to make us feel at ease. We chose to return both because we were impressed by the article but also because of how we were welcomed. Thanks again, Martina, because this made the purchase of an asset a pleasant moment. È il 4 gennaio ma del divano nessuna notizia ,chiamo nel punto vendita per sapere dov'è il mio divano, risposta: non lo sappiamo, mi danno un numero per chiamare la logistica che non risponde MAI. Sostanza del discorso, i soldi li hanno presi dell'anticipo ed è l'unica cosa certa, il resto è tutto un mistero, nessuno sa nulla su modi e tempi di consegna e scarica le responsabilità a qualcun altro! Servizio verso il cliente scadente!

It's January 4th but no news of the sofa, I call the store to find out where my sofa is, answer: we don't know, they give me a number to call the logistics that NEVER answers. Basically, they took the money in advance and it is the only certain thing, the rest is all a mystery, no one knows anything about delivery methods and times and download the responsibilities to someone else! Poor customer service!
