★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Appuntamento fissato alle ore 16 per la data odierna. Tutto organizzato con cambi di orario a lavoro e richiesta di permesso. Il tecnico chiama alle 13.30 dicendomi di essere già sotto casa ma che, OVVIAMENTE, non c'è nessuno. Ribadisco che l'appuntamento era fissato e confermato per le ore 16. Mi viene quindi risposto che la manutenzione non si può fare ma che si dovrà fissare un appuntamento diverso in altra data. Una tale incompetenza lascia senza parole.
 Bad. Appointment set at 4 pm for today's date. All organized with time changes at work and request for leave. The technician calls at 1.30 pm telling me that he is already under the house but, OF COURSE, there is no one. I repeat that the appointment was fixed and confirmed for 4 pm. I was then told that maintenance cannot be done but that a different appointment will have to be made on another date. Such incompetence leaves you speechless.
